What is deleted or de-identified
Once the verified request is processed, account access and account-associated profile information and content are deleted or de-identified, subject to the exceptions described in the privacy policy.

Delete your Drinkify account
You can request account deletion from this website without signing in or returning to the app. Drinkify may need to verify that you own the account before completing the request.
Delete in the app or contact Drinkify
The fastest option is Profile → Account → Delete Account in the app. If you cannot open the app, email support@drinkify.cc to start a verified deletion request.

Contact from any email address
Current Drinkify accounts use phone sign-in, so the address sending the request does not need to be connected to the account. Use the subject “Delete my Drinkify account” and state clearly that you want the account and associated personal information deleted.

Provide only what is needed to find the account
Include your Drinkify handle if you know it and the phone number associated with the account. For a legacy account, include the former account email if known. Never include a one-time verification code.

Complete a safe ownership check
Depending on the account and request risk, Drinkify may ask for additional information to verify account ownership. A request will not be completed if ownership cannot be reasonably verified.

Receive confirmation
Support will confirm when the request is verified and again when deletion is complete. Timing can vary when ownership checks or legal retention requirements apply.
Never share account secrets
Never send a one-time sign-in or admin verification code. Drinkify support should never ask for one to process deletion.
What may remain
Limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, safety, disputes, or legal obligations. Copies another person independently saved outside Drinkify, such as screenshots or downloads, cannot be removed from that person's device. Backup copies may remain for the limited period needed for secure backup rotation before they are overwritten.

If you prefer and still have access, open Profile → Account → Delete Account in Drinkify. The web request above remains available without opening the app.
